With the Lettuce Bloom Programs you will receive a personalised program that will help you to achieve a healthier YOU and get you back on track. Our goal it is to guide you towards a lifestyle change - not to go on a diet, cause diets are usually not sustainable.

As a client of our Holistic Health Coaching Programs you will:

Jump Start Program

FOUR WEEKS

With our Jump Start Program we will start with an analysis of your current state of health and clearly define your targets in order to design a new YOU. This is the base program in order to join any other program.

​

Program:

  • Free first get to know call (30 min)

  • complex analysis of the filled questionnaire (about 3 h) followed by a 1 ½h face to face or video meeting 

  • 1 conclusive meeting (30 min)

  • Receive a sample personalised nutrition plan for 3 days

  • Get useful handouts

  • Email / Phone support in between our sessions​

Optional: move into the Next level program, All in Program or into the À la carte Service

Punctual

After our Jump Start Program you can get your follow up meetings also on request without having to enroll in another program, this all depends on your personal needs and objectives. Of course you can also follow up with this option after any other program.
