Within our affluent society full of luxury and overindulge, fasting became modern again as a counter movement of voluntary abstinence and to support our self-healing capabilities. You are a group of minimum 5 friends, colleagues or family members already and are looking for supervision? Get in contact and we will find the best options for you to accompany you as a fasting coach certified by the Isolde Richter school.

After you, it’s your organism that needs to take some holidays. Grant him an alimentary break in order to permit him to regenerate.

During this one week course, you will learn and apply the base of the Buchinger Fasting practice, which is a German Fasting method based on liquids such as herbal teas, water, vegetable juices and vegetable broth.

You will find moments of exchange, well-being activities in a group in order to share your experience and to reconnect to yourself.


This course wont disturb your daily life, contrariwise it will help you to improve your life style to feel better and more powerful.
